Shipping Types & Rates:
Standard Shipping: We charge no shipping and handling fee.
Express/Premium Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing:
We strive to fulfilĀ orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner withinĀ 1-2 business days. Our businessĀ hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm.
Shipping Time:
For most serviceableĀ pin codes, we try to deliverĀ within 7 days. But due to unforeseenĀ circumstances like covid lockdown, weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will send via email/SMS after your order is sent to our delivery partner.Ā
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.Ā Please allow one business day for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Issues and Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
